At In Bloom Tattoo Collective we believe in collaboration, cooperation and radical inclusivity. We are queer and trans-owned and operated, and creating safer tattooing spaces is our ongoing, continuous work. We are consciously tailoring all we do to ensure your visit with us is comfortable, accessible and inclusive!

We are an appointment-only tattoo studio located right 

at the heart of downtown Ottawa at Bank/MacLaren. We are

manual wheelchair accessible.

We currently have three resident artists: Byron J (they/them) who specializes in neotraditonal colour tattooing, Co Blouin (she/her) who specializes in blackwork and dotwork, and Natasha Nabein (she/her) who specializes in black & grey tattooing.
